The NEXT. A Personal Invitation from Phil R. Lange.

June 2026 · Malaysia|September 2026 · Spain

Has the work in your head been there long enough? You have built one thing. The next one is still inside you.

Are you ready to build what you have been carrying?

The chapter you have been carrying is not a problem of effort. It is a problem of architecture.

You did not build the company you built by being unfocused. You built it by running the engine harder than the room around you was willing to. That same engine, pointed at the next chapter, produces noise. More plans. More drafts. More years.

The Week trades that noise for a structure. Seven days. Twelve founders. One Signature Vehicle built and revealed by Friday afternoon. The work that has lived in your head for years walks out of the room as something real.

WHAT MAKES THIS WEEK DIFFERENT

While most founders at this stage are still planning the next chapter, twenty-four will arrive in 2026 with the work in their heads and leave with the work in the world.

The Week is not for thinking about the next chapter. The Week is for building it.

THE FACTS AT A GLANCE

DATES

27 June – 4 July 2026 26 September – 3 October 2026

COHORT

Twelve founders per cohort Twenty-four total in 2026

FOR THE FOUNDERS WHO ALREADY KNOW

There is a version of your work that lives in your head, and a version that walks into a room.

The Week is the seven days that turn the first into the second.

The Carrying Ends Here

If you are still deciding, the rest of the page is for you. Twelve seats per cohort. Two cohorts in 2026.

THE METHODOLOGY’S TRACK RECORD

Forty Years of Producing Structural Form

40YEARS

The same method has been used in video processing, surgery, hospital reorganization, hardware design, biological tools, security patents, and enterprise IT migration.

$28MILLION

A French hardware image processing business (24 million francs in revenue) built from one architecture conversation about an FPGA design problem that most engineers said had no solution.

2WEEKS

The time it took to reorganize a 200-person Swiss insurance firm after a merger. The proposal held when the leadership team adopted it.

12×FASTER

An artist had been working on a project for five years. After one conversation with the architect, it shipped in five months.

THE STRUCTURAL ASYMMETRY

You have built one direction of your life, the company, to a level of structural rigor most people will never reach.

The other directions are still running on the rules of a younger operator. The asymmetry is felt every day.

The NEXT exists to close it.

THE ARCHITECT

Three Instruments. One Engine.

Phil R. Lange is the Legacy Architect. Trained as an aerospace and biomedical civil engineer at the University of Liège, he has spent four decades reading systems for the contradiction at their center. The methodology he carries into The NEXT is the product of those forty years compressed into three instruments that operate as one.

The NEXT Method moves you. The REAL Compass orients you. The EXPRESSION Matrix resolves you.

The NEXT Method is the four stage path the founder walks during the Week: Name it, End it, eXecute it, Transmit it. At each stage the REAL Compass orients the work across four bearings of the founder’s life: Relationships, Energy, Abundance, Learning. Underneath both, the EXPRESSION Matrix resolves the contradictions that surface as the founder moves through the stages. The NEXT Method gives the founder the path. The REAL Compass gives the founder the direction. The EXPRESSION Matrix gives the founder the move.

The NEXT is the first time the three instruments have been delivered together in compressed form, with the architect in the room for every hour of it. Twelve founders. Seven days. One engine.

FROM THE ARCHITECT

A Direct Word From Phil R. Lange

What the Week is built around. What walks out of it on Friday. The kind of founder it is built for.

drop wistia / mp4. cinematic still.

You have been carrying the next chapter in the only room available to a founder still in the middle of the prior one, the inside of your own head.

Most rooms are built for one direction of a founder’s life. The one you have been looking for addresses all four: what you build, how you live, what you leave.

THE THREE STRUCTURAL REALITIES

Why the Engine That Built the Company Cannot Build the Next Chapter

01

The Proving Phase Ends

The business is real. The revenue arrives. What used to be uncertain is now operational. The energy that built the company is no longer the energy needed for what comes next.

02

The Work in the Head Accumulates

A book. A school. A methodology. A framework. Carried for years inside the founder, said out loud only in tones that signal it is not to be taken seriously.

03

The Engine Cannot Cross

Different work, different architecture. Willpower applies more of the existing engine. The next chapter requires structural moves the engine itself cannot make.

The NEXT is the architecture for that crossing.

THE N.E.X.T. METHOD

The four stages the founder walks during the Week.

N
Name It

The work in your head exists in fragments. You put it into language clear enough that someone else could pick it up and know what you mean. It has a shape.

E
End It

Most founders carry contradictions between the life they say they want and the life they actually run. You decide what stops. You stop fighting yourself.

X
Execute It

The work goes out into the world. Not as a plan, not as a pitch, but as something real that people can see and respond to.

T
Transmit It

What you built has to keep going without you in the room. You give it a form that travels. It reaches people you will never meet.

The thing you have been carrying becomes the thing you have built.

THE WEEK, DAY BY DAY

Seven Days.
One Vehicle.
Built and Revealed.

WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH

You arrive on Saturday carrying the work in your head. You leave on Friday with the work built and put into the world.

In between, here is what changes.

Clarity on what you are building.

The work that has been in fragments for years gets put into language. By the end of the first stage, you have a written articulation of what you are building, who it is for, and what it asks of you. You can hand it to a team. You can hand it to a publisher. You can read it five years from now and still recognize it.

Resolution of the contradictions holding you back.

The directions of your life that have been running on different operating systems are read against each other. The specific contradictions that have been slowing the work get named. By the end of the second stage, you have a sequenced list of moves that close the gap between the founder you are and the founder the work requires.

The work, in the world.

The anchor video, the sales page, the email sequence, the social profiles, the funnel architecture document. By Friday morning these exist in a form you can deploy, watch, send, and stand behind. They are written and built in your voice. You leave knowing how to make the next one from a blank page, alone, without help.

The transmission form.

The Reveal on Friday is the moment the work meets the world for the first time, in front of the cohort, with reality responding. Founders who add the Transmit It bundle leave with the published book and book funnel one week later, the form that carries the work beyond the room.

The personal book.

Hardcover. Designed. Yours. Inside, your Founder DNA, your Voice DNA, your 8 Signals reading, your REAL Compass orientation, the twelve principles, your brand board. A working document, not a souvenir. You write in it daily during the Week and after.

The cohort.

Up to eleven other founders who crossed their own thresholds in the same room. Most of them are in your life for years.

The Founders’ Circle invitation.

The methodology operating membership for founders who have completed The NEXT. Sent within sixty days of the Week.

Most founders read a list like the one above and feel both pulled toward it and far from it.

The Week is what closes the distance between this page and that list.

THE ENVIRONMENT

Two Venues. One Standard.

Both cohort venues were selected on three criteria: a private space where the cohort eats together, a working space large enough to stage the Friday afternoon Reveal as a live event with full production setup, and an environment where the phone goes off the table during sessions.

27 JUNE – 4 JULY 2026

Malaysia

A private villa held entirely for the cohort. Twelve founders, one residence, no other guests on the property.

Malaysia was chosen specifically. Far enough from a major city that the founder’s existing geography is genuinely behind them. Close enough to international air connections that the travel does not eat into the Week. Tropical without being a beach destination. The villa was selected from the inside of a small set: properties with the privacy to hold a cohort completely, the architectural quality to host daily build sessions, and the proximity to the sea that founders who have not slept properly in years need.

The villa is configured for the Week. Workshop space for daily build sessions. A private dining setting for the seven dinners. A stage configuration on Friday afternoon for the Reveal.

26 SEPTEMBER – 3 OCTOBER 2026

Marbella, Spain

An adults-only boutique resort in the foothills of the Sierra de la Nieves, west of Marbella, overlooking the Mediterranean. The resort holds the Spain cohort as an exclusive group stay. No other guests on the property during the Week.

Spain was chosen as the inverse to Malaysia. Where Malaysia is rainforest and ocean, Andalusia is stone, olive groves, and the white villages of the Sierra. The cohort sleeps and works inside the same property. Workshop space, private dining, Reveal stage on Friday afternoon. A different climate. The same standard.

The Foundation

The Founder DNA Intensive is the pre-event work every founder completes before stepping into the room. The fragments in the founder’s head become language. The contradictions between the life said and the life run are named. The founder arrives in Malaysia or Spain already through the first two stages.

The Build

The seven days on the ground. The founder is taught everything required to build, in the room, the Vehicle that will carry their work into the world. Not delivered for them. Built by them, with the architect present and the system in their hands.

The Legacy

The final stage is the personal book that locks in the founder’s legacy and mission. What has lived in the founder’s head for years is now written, designed, and sent into the world as a form that reaches people the founder will never meet.

Hotel and travel logistics for both venues are handled with accepted founders during the four-week pre-event window. Founders cover travel and accommodation; lunches and dinners during the Week are included.

BEFORE YOU APPLY

A Few Things Many Founders Consider

I have been in masterminds and high-ticket programs that underdelivered.

The NEXT is not a mastermind. It is a build week with a fixed deliverable revealed on stage Friday afternoon. The Signature Vehicle is built in the room or the financial investment is refunded. The format is structural, not aspirational.

Seven days away from my business is the cost, not the dollars.

For most founders at this stage, seven days is the smallest unit of time in which work of this magnitude can be compressed. The alternative is the same work distributed across sixteen to twenty weeks, with the founder still running the build alongside the company. The Week trades calendar duration for compression.

This is a brand-new format. There are no past cohort testimonials yet.

Correct. The methodology behind the format has produced structural form across domains for forty years. The seven-day compression is what is new. The architect is the entire faculty in the room. The guarantee further down reflects this. The financial risk of execution sits with Phil, not with the founder.

What if the work I want to build is not a clean fit for the format.

Every founder leaves with the same Signature Vehicle. The Vehicle is the universal form. What it carries is the work the founder has been holding. The format does not impose a content type.

What if I write a script Tuesday morning and dislike it on camera that afternoon.

The Parrot Method exists for this. The script is signed off before lunch. The shoot uses Phil’s production team for framing, sound, and lighting. Cohort buddies handle the read. Most founders are surprised by the result rather than disappointed by it.

Twelve founders means I might be in a room with people not at my level.

Cohort selection is part of the application. The cohort is sized at twelve so that fit can be assessed across all twenty-four seats. Phil reviews every application personally.

THE METHOD FUNCTIONS AS A WHOLE

Built Whole, or Not Built

The four stages of the NEXT Method only work together.

Clarity on what you are building, without the moves that end your contradictions, is a vision document gathering dust. Resolved contradictions without the work in the world is internal alignment with nothing to show for it. The work in the world without the form that carries it beyond you is a launch that dies with the launcher.

This is why the Week is the Week. Not five days of marketing tactics. Not a strategy retreat. The full method, in the order the method has to be done, until the founder walks out the other side.

THE INVESTMENT

Here is what walks out with you.

Or $24,995 with the Transmit It bundle. The book and book funnel delivered one week post-event.

The math is not the argument.

Three months of planning, building, and launching. Compressed into seven days. With the founder doing the work, in the same room, the entire time.

The funnel pays you back the first time the page sells. The methodology pays you back every time you build the next thing, for the rest of your career.

The alternative

Five years from now, the work in your head will either still be in your head, or it will be in the world.

If it is still in your head, the cost is not measured in dollars. It is measured in the chapter that did not happen.

THE GUARANTEE

What Phil guarantees. What the founder walks with.

The architecture gets built. The room runs. The methodology delivers what the methodology is built to deliver, in the seven days, in the order the work has to be done.

The architect, the room, the build stack, the team, the seven days of direct attention. Committed regardless.

What the Week does not guarantee is what happens after the founder walks out. The chapter the architecture opens is walked by the founder. The founder who arrives ready to be done with the prior version of themselves, sits in every session, makes the calls the methodology asks of them, and takes what they built into the world on Monday morning. That founder gets what the Week was built to produce.

The seat is not the outcome. The founder is.

The architecture is the architecture. The chapter is the founder’s to walk.

OPTIONAL ADD-ON

The Transmit It Bundle

+$4,995. Adds the Book Project to the Week.

The Transmit It bundle adds the book project to the Week. Can be added until Sunday evening of the Week.

  • Daily 5pm to 6pm Book Sessions, Monday through Friday
  • The book outline and chapter spine drafted in the room
  • The Claude Skill built during the Week so the founder can write in their own voice, structurally captured
  • The book written in the week after the event using the Skill
  • A designed, laid-out first edition manuscript, ready to publish on Amazon KDP or send to print
  • The book funnel built by the founder in the room with the AI build stack, with Phil’s team handling the technical configuration

What ships within one week of the event: the first edition manuscript, designed and laid out, plus the live book funnel. Trade publishing, if pursued, runs on its own timeline. The Week produces the book the founder owns and controls.

The bundle is for founders who already know a book is part of the next chapter. It is not for founders who are testing whether they want to write a book.

TWO COHORTS OPEN FOR 2026

Join The NEXT Intensive.

The work you have been carrying is real. It is the chapter that defines what you leave behind. The book they will read after you. The school that holds your name. The methodology your successors will operate. The framework that outlasts the company.

A legacy in your head is not a legacy. It is a draft you never published.

The seat is here. The decision is yours.

I’m in. I’m ready to build what I’ve been carrying.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

Logistics and Details

Is the Founder DNA Intensive separate or included.

Included. It is captured in the four-week pre-event window. There is no separate purchase.

Cohort size.

Twelve per cohort. The cap is structural, not promotional. The Week is built around twelve.

Travel and accommodation.

Founders pay both. The cohort hotel is held at a negotiated group rate with breakfast included. Lunches and dinners during the Week are covered.

Will The NEXT run again after 2026.

The format will be reviewed after each pair of cohorts ships. Future cohorts, if they run, will be confirmed cohort by cohort, with the architect’s role in the room confirmed alongside each.

There are no past cohort testimonials. How do I evaluate this.

The methodology has produced structural form across domains for forty years. Patents, products that shipped, businesses built, organizations that held through reorganization, frameworks that scaled past the architect. The seven-day cohort compression is new. The guarantee reflects this: if the four revealed assets are not produced and revealed by Friday afternoon, the founder receives a full refund and keeps every asset built to that point.

Do I bring my team.

No. The founder builds the Vehicle in the room with the AI build stack. Phil’s team teaches the system, handles video editing, and configures the technical setup. The founder leaves with the assets and the repeatable system. The founder’s own team receives the system and the assets post-event.

The Transmit It bundle.

Adds the book project. Daily 5pm to 6pm book sessions, Monday through Friday. The founder writes the book using the Claude Skill built in the room. Phil’s team designs the manuscript and builds the book funnel. First edition manuscript and live funnel delivered one week post-event. Trade publishing, if pursued, runs on its own timeline. Can be added until Sunday evening of the Week.

What if I am not building a book or a school. What if my work is something else.

Every founder leaves with the same Signature Vehicle. The Vehicle is the universal form. What it carries is what the founder is building.

The difference between The NEXT and the Founder Method Intensive.

The NEXT is the cohort format. Twelve founders, seven days, the Signature Vehicle built and revealed. The Founder Method Intensive is the one-on-one architecture engagement for founders building their own methodology IP. Different offer, different price, separate page.

After the Week.

Within seven days, the founder’s Vehicle assets are deployed live. Within thirty days, a check-in call. Within sixty days, the invitation to the Founders’ Circle.
